Starting with a quick review of the previous video and talking about the welded terminals again. Does a washer makes sense to increase the contact area and how much current goes actually through the stud?
I also inspected all new battery cells for defects and damages. They are all perfect! The measurement of the internal resistance was as expected: a slight variation in resistance across all cells.
So, for the two new battery banks, we need a BMS each. #HELTEC was so kind to send me a full box with some of their products which also included a 200A BMS. So I definitely want to test this on one of our batteries.
But what about the second battery, what BMS should I get? I'm asking the community again, so please leave your suggestions below BUT also write why you think, this would be a good choice.
