Jaya Baloo is the Vice-Chair of the EU Quantum Flagship, a billion euro R&D program for quantum technologies. She gives an insight into quantum computers and calls for action to continue the development of solutions to mitigate security concerns, before China runs away with all our little and big secrets... Jaya Baloo, currently Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Avast Software has worked in the cybersecurity area for nearly 20 years. She won the Cyber Security Executive of the year award, is one of the Inspiring 50 in The Netherlands and is one of the top 100 influencers in the field. She is a faculty member of the Singularity University and a member of various infosec boards. Jaya Baloo is Vice Chair of the Quantum Flagship's Strategic Advisory Board of the EU Commission.
