One of the biggest challenges Product Managers face is how to effectively lead product teams. According to author and thought leader Marty Cagan, “there is a lack of quality leadership at the product management level, not all managers a great leaders.”

The ability to demonstrate effective product leadership is often made complicated by the many hats a product manager must wear and the stakeholder relationships that must be juggled in order to successfully launch amazing products.

In this Masterclass we’ll discuss a number of topics that will allow product managers to become better at leading product teams, these include:

About the Speaker:
Patrick Gregory is a product executive, consultant and speaker. He started his career as a musician and graphic designer in the 90s. After a brief time in the agency world, Patrick spent 10 years managing user experience and design teams in the financial services industry. For the last five years, Patrick has developed a unique skillset in building and scaling product teams with start-ups, growth companies and large enterprises. He is currently the Director of Product at interVal, an up-and-coming software as a service provider in the FinTech space. He holds a Masters Degree (MLIS) in Library and Information Science from Western University, Canada.
