NFL Network’s Jane Slater took on-the-ground reporting to a new level Saturday at Cowboys training camp.

Slater practiced her tackling skills against a dummy while covering Cowboys camp in Oxnard, Calif., where she went full charge against it before falling onto the field.

“Not gonna lie. Felt this one. @BaldyNFL and I have some work to do folks,” Slater wrote on Twitter alongside the video of the tackle.
