The NordicTrack FS7i is a great all-around elliptical machine with multiple motion options! You can use it as an elliptical, or press the pedals up and down as a stair stepper or hold them level to move back and forth as if on a treadmill! This machine includes 24 digital resistance levels and inclines to 10% grade. Some of our favorite features include:

20 Lb. Effective Inertia-Enhanced Flywheel
The flywheels on the Freestride FS7i are hearty and smooth. Centered under the user’s body weight, the flywheels make each pedal motion fluid.

SMR™ Silent Magnetic Resistance
SMR is NordicTrack’s signature resistance which is calibrated to provide maximum resistance with minimum noise, friction, and wear.

Oversized Levelers and Cushion Pedals
Upright handlebars are well positioned and easy to hold. Pedals and handlebars are coordinated for synchronized motion. You can pedal forward or backward.
