This is a combination class that unites High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with a vinyasa-style yoga flow. Both are blended together in a way that still gives you a nice flow, along with a good sweat and workout to overall strengthen, stretch, and tone your body. The requires NO EQUIPMENT. However, you will need either a yoga block or a puffy pillow just for the beginning of class! Grab what you need and lets get moving!! #hiit #yoga #homeworkout
