Day 30 📉🤯 down 19.2lbs carnivore diet weight loss benefits (Dad ‘s keto before and after) #shorts

Beginning Day 30 on my carnivore diet weight loss journey. I'm down 0.4lb from the previous day for a total weight loss of 19.2lbs since starting this just over 4 weeks ago. I do no exercise, no supplements, just eating animal foods, mostly meat. I'm a dad, husband, entrepreneur working to increase my health, quality of life, and to optimize my body and mind. Only 2 weeks before I started this carnivore diet journey I thought that the people doing the carnivore diet were keto influencers doing it to spite vegans, which is hilarious, however not totally true :) I had no idea of the real world carnivore benefits I’m now experiencing. Scrolling YouTube one day I was listening to a Joe Rogan Experience Podcast clip via @JREClips where Joe Rogan interviewed @JordanBPeterson . Jordan Peterson told of an incredibly interesting story of his carnivore diet journey and how it had changed his life. He shared his daughter @mikhaila story of how she overcame major health issues using the carnivore diet. She has her own version of carnivore that she calls the lion diet. Then I read the book The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino @Paulsaladinomd . During lunch every day I watched YouTube videos by @KenDBerryMD and @anthonychaffeemd to learn more about this carnivore lifestyle. And 4 weeks later here I am on this carnivore keto transformation documentary.
