Ten Minute Guided Meditation To Clear Your Mind | Spaciousness Meditation

We can often become overwhelmed by our thoughts. In this 10 minute guided meditation I will invite you to calm your mind and stop overthinking by asking you to allow your thoughts, become the observer and then gently let them go.

It may seem paradoxical that we can calm the mind by allowing and accepting thoughts, but by resisting them or distracting from them we are just pushing them deeper within, when we allow them, they can pass by and we can then let them go. When we let go of our thoughts we can also let go of our stress.

This is a technique used in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and it has effective results. These techniques will show you how to stop overthinking in the future.

This is a great meditation that will give you headspace and a feeling of spaciousness. It is a good meditation for beginners and seasoned meditators alike and is accompanied with relaxing meditation music.
