the new swifties are absolutely going to hate this announcement. here is my LONG and long AWAITED midnights 3 am edition analysis of the entire midnights album, including hits different. while i /prefer/ folklore and evermore to midnights purely because of the genre, she is on a streak of only getting better and better. not a single weak single as seen in some of her former works, no appeals for radio play, just lyrics influenced by the depths of folklore wrapped up in a soundscape similar to 1989 and reputation along with the autobiographical aspects of her early work. i'm still trying to figure out where in my full album ranking midnights lands???? i find it so arguable that this is better than 1989, reputation, and lover, considering the lack of shake it off's, LWYMMD's, and ME!'s on this record, but nostalgia clouds my judgement???? i need to sit on this for at least a year. also, apologies for the podcast length of today's video. i literally could not cut it down anymore i have SO MUCH TO SAY and i know i missed SO MUCH.
