I’ve wondered that too so I did some extensive research, and in this video, I will showcase the top three choices for cardio machines and the pro’s and con’s for:  The Treadmill, Elliptical or Spinner Bike.

Here’s some pro’s and con’s (watch the video for the full report)  

Spinning Bike:
 
Pro’s
      Can be set up for a very intense cardio workout  
 
Con’s
      More set-up required before use

Elliptical:
 
Pro’s

      Non-impact (decreases chances of developing injuries and conditions)
 
Con’s
      Not a natural movement like walking (may feel awkward for some people)
 
Treadmill:
 
Pro’s

      Can increase the intensity of the workout without increasing the impact (using the incline option)
 
Con’s
 
      Using the incline option can increase the chances of developing shin splint conditio
