Salary hike for gov't employees in 2024?

Finance Sec. Benjamin Diokno says the proposed 2023 national budget has included an appropriation for a study on the next round of salary increases for government employees in 2024 onward.

Economic managers says the scope of the Salary Standardization Law is only until 2023.

The Dept. of Budget and Management says the Governance Commission for Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations has been given a budget to conduct a study for the next SSL, which amounts to P49.5 million
