It was great to finally get the road bike out of its winter hibernation (I use MTB in the winter) for its first spring ride of 2023. Riding the road bike especially with the hills around here is a lot harder than using the mountain bike along the tracks. So I was a little nervous to see just how well I would do out there. I also had chance to properly try out the Garmin Varia which I got late last year. I did a review on it but only tried it on a short trial ride not a proper ride so it was good to see how it performed.
