video thumbnail
We often imagine entrepreneurs as single superheroes, yet solving society's biggest problems usually requires hundreds of innovations, not a single moonshot. Entrepreneur coach Katie Beck coaches all of us to find the connective tissue between innovative solutions to achieve greater impact.

Katie Beck is a social innovation leader, startup coach, and organizational design geek, committed to designing communities where people can thrive. Most recently, Katie was Chief Operating Officer of 4.0 Schools, a national education entrepreneurship incubator, supporting innovators to launch new products, programs, services and school models to transform education in the United States. Katie was named a Forbes 30 under 30 leader and is a frequent speaker and facilitator on design and entrepreneurship, including with XPrize, SXSWedu and Venture For America. Previously, Katie led entrepreneurship and diversity programs at Teach For America, and started her career as a 5th and 6th grade English teacher in New Orleans.
