The journey to scoring 600 on the ACFT as a female Soldier. So many people and Soldiers need to see this happen. For proof, for inspiration, for motivation, and for all leaders and Soldiers. With ACFT 3.0 upon us, the ACFT scoresheet, and the ACFT standards constantly changing one thing is clear... an intentional ACFT Workout Plan or ACFT Training Plan with 3RM Deadlift exercises, Standing Power Throw Exercises, Hand Release Pushup Exercises, Leg Tuck Exercises, Plank Exercises, and 2 mile Run exercises that focus on improvement is necessary.
