There are three key traits that companies and organizations need from today's graduates of high schools, colleges and universities. The three (resiliency, openness to change and creativity) will help organizations to not only survive, but to thrive in the coming years. These characteristics, however, are not found in the majority of graduates. It is up to educators everywhere to help build these skills in today's students, such that behavioural barriers are overcome ... and the coming wave of robots and artificial intelligence is properly balanced by new ways of productivity.
