In this video, I demonstrate the usage of a "priming" technique to do cognitive scaffolding and basic schema creation which is a disproportionately effective way to set up for proper encoding in later learning.

*Note - there are several very specific nuances to multiple parts of the techniques I demonstrate. If you try this and don't get it right at first, this is completely normal.

In this step, simplicity is the key, as well as very rigorous and logical chunking.

For beginners, the main challenges are:
- High level of chunking
- Chunk vs chunk comparison and evaluation
- Discomfort and insecurity at not consuming details before the schema has been correctly formed

*Note: I recorded this video 5 months ago. I have since received HD for every assessment in this paper. By the end of the paper, my cognitive schema changed very little. Halfway through the paper, learning new information became effortless as almost everything was just an extension of what I already knew to the point where it was so logical that it didn't even seem necessary to explain. At the same time, many of my peers struggled to handle the workload.

If you enjoyed what I had to give or found it valuable, a subscribe would be sincerely appreciated.
