✏️Being the child of a narcissistic mother or father is hard. Narcissistic parents see their children as extensions of themselves. Children of narcissistic parents often feel very dependent on their parents. Instead of being encouraged to have your own personality. Such parents expected their children to make them look good. Narcissistic parents expose their children to a lot of emotional, mental, and sometimes also physical abuse. For a child of a narcissistic parent it’s extremely difficult to understand why their parent behaves the way they do. Children live with nonstop anxiety as they try without success to please their parents. In this video I am talking about the relationship between a narcissistic parent and their children.
