How to Lose Arm Fat and Tone Up

Thankfully, these exercises we have today for losing arm fat and toning up can be performed at homes such as weightlifting and push-ups.

And we will be delving on that more later so don’t go just yet.


1. Weightlifting
Weightlifting has proven time and time again that it’s a highly effective exercise in reducing arm fat and having toned arms.

What’s more, it helps get rid of belly fat, all the while strengthening the core.

Choose an item weighing approximately one kilo as a weight if you don’t have dumbbells.

Do 3 sets of 20 reps.


2. Chair dips
Chair dips are very effective in reducing fat while also toning your arms and back muscles.

Use a chair or bed to perform this exercise and make sure it’s stable.

Pick one that’s at least 2 feet higher than the floor.

Do 3 sets of 20 reps every day.


3. Push-ups
As you probably know, push-ups are top ab workouts without equipment.

Thus, it’s perfect for toned arms and a strong core.

It can be hard at first but it will strengthen your muscles.

The key here is to gain balance using your hands and knees, instead of hands and toes.


4. Scissors
Scissors are another type of exercise that can help you quickly lose arm fat.

Plus, it’s fun to perform and is one of the best cardio workouts for weight loss.

As its name suggests, the exercise resembles a scissor that’s being opened and closed.

Complete 3 sets of 10 reps every day for faster and better results.


5. One arm tricep dips
One arm tricep dips help lose arm fat.

It mainly targets the triceps, which are the back part of your arms that tend to store most of the fat.

It’s such a powerful toning exercise that it can easily be part of the 1,200 calorie-diet menus and exercise plan.

The best part? There’s no equipment needed.


6. Half-moon rotation
Sometimes toning exercises don’t have to be high intensity and dog-tiring.

Medium-intensity exercises that use slow and controlled movements can also work in toning arm muscles.

Half-moon rotations engage your major shoulder and arm muscles, making them perfect for losing arm fat.

Repeat this stretch 30 times for the best results.

7. Arm circles
A classic exercise at its core, arm circles typically make it to many exercise plans for toning and shaping flabby arms.

This exercise can be done with or without weights.

You can also opt to hold a 600 ml water bottle on each hand while performing arm circles.

Perform 50 circles in the forward direction and another 50 in backward circles.
