Allow the ambient sounds of the music and waves lapping at the seashore to take you to a place of escape from stress, anxieties and pressures of the daily rat race that can affect our physical, mental and spiritual health. It would be nice if we had a switch to just flip and turn the brain off when we go to bed so we could get the rest and sleep our body needs. Some studies suggest that up to 50% of adults suffer from insomnia due to stress. It is my hope that in some small way my videos will help you to take a moment for yourself and just stop, breathe, meditate and relax.
