Design Sprints are by far one of the easiest ways to accelerate problem-solving in a multi-disciplinary team environment. If followed as prescribed you could run your own design sprint and identify, outline, user test and validate an opportunity in hand. The Kit also showcases other, and more flexible ways to run these sprints, e.g. 3-day product design sprint focusing on a smaller piece of the specific customer journey.
