The fourth chakra also known as Anahata is based on love and compassion. It focuses primarily on our trust and companionship emotions and is located in the middle of our chest. The imbalance of this chakra leads to loneliness and gives rise to trust issues.

The fifth chakra, also known as the Vishuddha Chakra is situated in the middle of one's throat. It controls your tongue and helps you understand the things you say. If this chakra is imbalanced, then it creates lack of confidence while speaking and sharing thoughts.

To balance both of these chakras you need to channelize the existential power and heal them using the power flowing through your arms.
