"70s Inferno" 45 Minute HIIT Spin Class

This class is a 45 Minute High Intensity Spin Class based on 70s Disco, Funk, and Pop!

A non-traditional cycling class with super fun (and always optional) choreography built on the basic foundation of any spin class. As with any strenuous exercise, you should take into account factors such as your flexibility, strength and overall health to determine if an exercise is appropriate for you, and consult a doctor/physician before beginning a program of exercise. Discontinue your exercise immediately if you experience any pain, dizziness or discomfort.

Tips:
-Make sure you have plenty of water, a towel, and a 2-5 pound weight (optional)
-This is is not a dance class although, if you ride to the beat and lead with your right foot, it will make a world of difference!
-Pace yourself and breathe in through your nose, and out through your mouth.
-Proper bike set up and riding posture are key to avoid injury
(hips back, loose elbows, shoulders away from ears, chin up, and straight spine)
-Keep that core engaged at all times. This helps with core strength as well as preventing back issues.
