INGREDIENTS:
500 g Pancit Bihon 250 g Pancit Canton 250 g pork thinly sliced and chopped 250 g kikiam balls cut into halves ½ small cabbage chopped 2 pcs bell pepper/ capsicum- thinly sliced 3pcs size carrots- thinly sliced 250 g beans 8 tbsp soy sauce 10 tbsp oyster sauce (4 tbsp for the vegetable, 6 for the noodles) 1 pc pork cube 2 tbsp oil (1 tbsp for sauteeing, 1 tbsp for the noodles) 7 cups water 1 medium onion sliced 5 cloves garlic crushed ground black pepper magic sarap (OPTIONAL) Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a wok or cooking pot 2. Sauté garlic, onion. Cook until onion gets soft 3. Put the pork into the wok. Stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until the meat browns 4. Add kikiam for 5 minutes. Add ground black pepper & magic sarap. 5. Add carrots, beans, bell pepper, and cabbage. Cook until it's well done. 6. Add oyster sauce. Stir. Set aside. 7. Pour water in the same pot, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, pork cube and let boil. 8. Add more ground black pepper and oil, then let it boil again. 9. Add the pansit bihon, let it boil then put the pancit canton. Let the noodles absorb the liquid then Continue stirring in a medium fire until all the noodles is cooked. 10.
