The last century has seen a rapid and global change in values, Pontus Strimling explores the roots of that change. His research gives an insight in how our shared values might change over the next decennia. Pontus Strimling is a social scientist at the Institute for Future Studies in Stockholm with a research background in anything from Anthropology and Biology to Economics. Starting out in mathematics he has worked on diverse research subjects. After realizing that he did not know why it felt more appropriate to use pump soap over bar soap, he decided to dive deep into the question of how norms change and what that tells us about the future.
