Madison Savilow carries her strong passion for entrepreneurialism, business, and the sciences into every aspect of her life.
Madison was awarded the Alberta Ministerial Award which allowed her to spend a semester in Washington, DC studying international affairs and interning at the United States Peace Corps Headquarters. While in DC she completed the Food Insecurity Project with the Pulitzer Center.
Madison has also worked as a Business Analyst at the City of Calgary Water Centre working on financial modeling to assess water projects, and at ATCO Power as an Environmental Market Analyst evaluating carbon credits.
In June, Madison will attend convocation and graduate from the University of Calgary with a BComm in Accounting with Co-op and a BA in Sociology with Honours. Her honours dissertation explored the consequences of water insecurity on First Nations reserves. She currently coordinates business development at a clean tech, carbon utilization company called Carbon Upcycling Technologies.

Madison’s cumulative experience has allowed her to become a strong advocate for water resource management as well as for climate change mitigation.
