Sajid Javid says the Russian people who oppose the war in Ukraine need to make their voices heard and stand up against President Putin.

The Health Secretary was responding to the recent allegations of mass killings in Ukraine by Russian soldiers.

Mr Javid says the Government will continue to provide military support and look into more sanctions against Russia.
