On October 29, 2015, the UC Davis Institute for Social Sciences welcomed Philip Pettit as he delivered the latest Sheffrin Lecture in Public Policy. Entitled "Giving Corporate Bodies Their Due--and Only Their Due," Pettit's lecture explored whether or not corporations should be granted the same legal rights as individuals.
