The new year is in sight and most of us have our new year's fitness resolutions ready to go! I wanna help you achieve the consistency in moving our bodies, help you discover NEW ways of moving your body and find something that is FUN for you!

The January Challenge is going to be more or less the same as the MAY challenge where we focus mainly on STRENGTH training!

The Theme of this challenge is gonna be DECADES! Every week we take 2 decades! We're going all the way back from the 50s to today's hits!

All workouts WITH popular music will only be available on my Patreon due to copyright issues.
The workouts will ALSO be posted on Youtube but without the music and linked will be a Spotify playlist with all the songs that I am using. This will NOT be synchronised with the video!
You can also mute my video and play your own music!

We have a Weekly Schedule, 5 days a week, 2 rest days, 1 Wildcard! (you choose what you want to do on the wildcard day)
Walking workouts, dance workouts, dance/train, Dance HIIT, Tabata's, Follow along workouts...SO many different kinds of workouts so you can find a FUN way of moving your body and stay consistent!
Modifications will be available!
