I’m new to the workout scene and would love to grow and show you all my journey! Calisthenics Pull-up workout consisting of high sets and minimal reps. Warm up sets are the pull-ups you’ll do when you are trying to find your set number. In order to find your set number you and a partner will each add one pull-up to each set until failure. If you are by yourself you would count out your reps after each set as a rest period. The number of reps and sets you do will all depend on the number you stopped at on your warm up sets. Example: stopped at 5 means you do 5 sets and 5 reps while super setting each set with the same amount of push ups.
