Boris Johnson is "unpredictable" and "cannot be trusted" while Rishi Sunak has failed "time and time again", Liberal Democrat leader Sir Ed Davey has told Sky's Kay Burley.

When asked about what he thought of Tory frontrunner Rishi Sunak, he said the former Chancellor had been the "architect" of 15 tax rises and "has not really provided the help that people need".
