War and conflict are terrible things, however they are also part of our human nature. In my effort to understand these phenomena as a psychologist, I read about them and study its human dynamics. This book helped me to better understand which basic patterns exists when people fight or compete with each other. 

The 36 patterns of human interaction are frequently applied in war, politics, in sports and in business. They also might be applied in our personal lives...
