Korean fried chicken or Yangnyeom chicken is also known as a seasoned double deep-fried chicken that is coated with spicy and sweet sticky sauce. It's super delicious, crunchy, and addictive. The seasoning sauce is made from the popular and fermented Korean Chilli paste “gochujang”, Garlic, Ketchup, Honey/Sugar/Rice syrup, and Vinegar. Here the Chicken is double deep-fried to remain crunchy for long. Overall, this recipe is my favorite and a goto appetizer that I would order at any Korean restaurant.
Korean Fried Chicken is similar to American fried chicken in that it has a crispy coating and juicy meat.
