Encantadia is an enchanted realm comprised of four kingdoms namely Adamya, Sapiro, Lireo, and Hathoria. Each kingdom bears a magical gemstone under the natural elements of fire, air, water and land. These gemstones are also critical in holding the balance of power in Encantadia. But when the Hathors, from the kingdom of Hathoria, threatened to ​obtain all the gems from the other bearers, hostility came and took over the realm. It is a battle of three kingdoms against one.

‘Encantadia’ stars Iza Calzado as Amihan, Sunshine Dizon as Pirena, Karylle as Alena and Diana Zubiri as Danaya. Also included in the cast are Dingdong Dantes, Jennylyn Mercado, Yasmien Kurdi, Mark Herras, Alfred Vargas, Cindy Kurleto, Pen Medina, Polo Ravales, Girlie Sevilla, Bobby Andrews, Arthur Solinap, Nancy Castiglione, Dawn Zulueta, Richard Gomez and Ian Veneracion.
