Hailey Bieber speaks out after her husband, Justin Bieber, revealed half of his face is paralyzed. Justin was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, which is caused by the shingles virus. In an interview on "'Good Morning America," Hailey said is optimistic about her husband’s condition. She says "He's getting better and better every day. He's gonna be totally fine."
