The Talk - ‘Insider Buzz’: Kelly Ripa Says She Still Feels ‘sexism’ with Some Male Guests on ‘Liv… |
|
During Wednesday's “Insider Buzz” on “The Talk,” chief correspondent of Variety, Elizabeth Wagmeister discusses her candid and interview with Kelly Ripa for this week's “Power of Women” Issue. "She wants women around the world to know that if you are not being treated well in the workplace that you should stand up for yourself." Wagmeister also shares that Rippa “felt struggles to get fair pay…until about 2016” with the departure of Michael Strahan. “Love that, that's my girl,” responds guest co-host Lisa Rinna. Wagmeister adds what didn’t make the article, is that Rippa “still notices moments of sexism ingrained in society, such as, sometimes male guests come on the show and they'll say hi to her co-host Ryan Seacrest but not her. Rinna adds, “That's surprising, actually."
