Starting Day 23 on my carnivore diet transformation documentary. Today I'm down a whopping 1.4lbs from yesterday for a total weight loss of 17.2lbs since starting. I’ve done regular keto, including plant foods in the past, but nothing like this just pure meat. Currently I’m on no exercise, no supplements, just animal foods, mostly meat. I'm a dad, husband, entrepreneur working to increase my health, quality of life, and to optimize my body and mind. 2 weeks before I started this carnivore diet I believed that people doing the carnivore diet were doing it just to spite vegans, however I had no idea of the real world carnivore benefits I’m now experiencing. Browsing YouTube one day I ran into a random Joe Rogan Podcast clip via @joerogan where Joe Rogan interviewed @JordanBPeterson . Jordan Peterson shared his experience of his own personal carnivore diet journey and how it had increased his quality of life. He shared his daughter @mikhaila story of how she created her own version of carnivore keto called the Lion diet to turn her life around. Then I read the book The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino @Paulsaladinomd . During lunch every day I watched YouTube videos by @KenDBerryMD, @SteakandButterGal, @ShawnBakerMD @anthonychaffeemd daily to learn more. And 2 weeks later here I am on this wild carnivore keto journey documenting every step of the way.
