In this powerful talk, Amina muses on our relationship with objects and how they become critical tools in understanding individuals and cultures. A recipient of Fulbright Scholarship, Amina Rizwan is a graduate of MFA in Metalsmithing from Cranbrook Academy of Arts in Michigan, USA. Currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Jewellery Design and Gemological Sciences at Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design, Lahore. Amina’s work has been exhibited at Galerie Marzee, Netherlands, Cranbrook Art Museum and Forum Gallery, Michigan, Macy’s Gallery, Columbia University, New York and Pakistan National Council of Arts, Islamabad, Pakistan.
