Today I don't read at all but riff on the topic of the book's January 23 entry. I'll look at supplements, and the science looks at supplements, somewhat differently now from the way we did back in 2004 when I wrote this book. So, we talk about eating whole foods, always the best way to get nutrients, and about some nutrients that we absolutely need, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, and probably the fully formed omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA.
