I went all the way to Copenhagen just to visit Noma 2.0 a couple of years ago and Noma definitely lived up to its reputation.
Growing up, I was never a big fan of vegetables. However, Chef René Redzepi used his magic to turn everything into delicacies, from roots to leaves to flowers. Noma just got its 3rd Michelin Star this week, and I absolutely think they deserve this! Good job, team Noma!
