After making what was supposed to be a quick stop to get some test results, a woman named Susan (Barbi Benton) finds herself pushed into staying at a hospital overnight. The facility is unnecessarily irritating and creepy, and soon over the top blood and nudity ensue as a deranged man from Susan's past makes his way through the hospital seeking revenge for being rejected on Valentine's Day two decades earlier.
