We help companies gain a competitive edge by developing emerging leaders.

EDGE Challenges is a national leadership competition enabling emerging leaders of top companies to prepare teens for workforce success. By participating, each company demonstrates the "EDGE" in their industry and becomes a beacon for professional opportunities and top talent recruitment.

Watch emerging leaders of the top industries provide exciting leadership Challenges for local teens. Participate! Pick your favorite company. Follow their team as they design, plan and ultimately run their Challenge. Local high school teens come together over a period of several days to learn about leadership and explore business life. They rotate from business to business every day during the event to see different businesses and understand their industries. They hear executives and employees explain how important leadership is in business and in life. And the teens compete. Forming corporate-sponsored teams, they work together to overcome different industry challenges each corporate host faces.

EDGE Challenges delivers BIG IMPACTS to community, to businesses, and to leaders in general. By following and participating in the EDGE challenges event, you will be exposed to new insights, new skills and potential new opportunities!
EDGE Challenges was created to overcome the deficiencies in traditional leadership education.

Demand for leadership talent among younger generations is greater than ever. Google recently acknowledged leadership as the second most important factor in their hiring process. Research echoes this new priority, “leadership and learning have dramatically increased in importance… companies see an accelerating demand for leadership at all levels, especially among [young leaders].” And yet, “the capability gap is widening.”

Young leaders are not being effectively educated. Too many traditional leadership programs are not meeting the needs of today’s tech-savvy newer generations. Many programs are conventionally academic: an instructor lectures and the student is expected to absorb and digest the material. A lot of content is fluff and re-branded slogans. Most of all, the education is missing its most important counterpart: experience. It is the experiences that enable emerging leaders to validate lessons and effectively incorporate them into trusted practices.
