Advancing Health Care Transformation in North Carolina |
|
On February 8, 2019, the Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy will bring together stakeholders from across the state’s health care sector to survey current progress on health care transformation in North Carolina and identify further steps that will improve our state’s health outcomes, slow cost growth, and reduce disparities.
This event will focus on both individual and multi-stakeholder efforts that can improve care through areas like payment reform, population health management, information technology support, social determinants of health, and other key factors. We hope these topics will be useful to policymakers, health system leaders, major employers, and providers alike. Our state’s competitiveness and the health of our population depends on our collective ability to build a more innovative and more effective health care system. |
