Police in Welkom are still searching for 19-year-old Thato Tumahole.
Her mother raised concerns when Thato did not return home and could not be reached by phone. After speaking with Thato's boyfriend, her mother decided to officially report her as missing. According to the boyfriend, he last saw Thato during the day on May the 10th. Following a thorough investigation, the boyfriend was arrested for kidnapping on May 16.
