One Small Step Can Change Your Life - The Kaizen Way... I am reading to you from this amazing book by Robert Maurer PH.D. ... that has changed my life.

I used to be a person who has so gripped in fear, struggling with addictions, fear of speaking my truth of abuse and trauma, public speaking in front of people and fear of letting go of my ultimate addiction of "certainty" and the safety of lower-level consciousness ways.

This book helped me change all of that and helped me move into my mindfulness, body awareness and spiritual enlightenment. Most importantly how to rise in love for myself, one step at a time.

I want to share this with you and bless you and on the other hand, this is part of my small step experiment of breaking out of my public speaking fear and moving more into the light and the truth of who I really am...
