How to make a Biscoff Stuffed Pumpkin Spice Blondies!

I am totally in love with these blondies!! They’re literally my two favourite flavours combined!

Super soft and gooey with that crunchy, sugary top 🀀

All you need is:πŸ‘‡
170g Unsalted butter, softened
165g Light brown sugar
100g Granulated sugar
1 Large egg + 1 egg yolk
2 tsp Vanilla extract
215g Plain flour
200g Biscoff spread (speculoos)
30g Granulated sugar
1 tsp Pumpkin spice (can use cinnamon if you prefer)

Bake 160C (fan) 20-25mins
Tin size: 8x8”

Tip: Don’t over cook the blondies, they may still be slightly wobbly. Let them cool fully in the tray. I actually left mine in the tray overnight πŸ₯°
