How to make a Biscoff Stuffed Pumpkin Spice Blondies!

Theyβre literally my two favourite flavours combined! Super soft and gooey with that crunchy, sugary top π€€ (Swipe for the crunch π) Sound on for full instructions π All you need is:π 170g Unsalted butter, softened 165g Light brown sugar 100g Granulated sugar 1 Large egg + 1 egg yolk 2 tsp Vanilla extract 215g Plain flour 200g Biscoff spread (speculoos) 30g Granulated sugar 1 tsp Pumpkin spice (can use cinnamon if you prefer) Bake 160C (fan) 20-25mins Tin size: 8x8β Tip: Donβt over cook the blondies, they may still be slightly wobbly. Let them cool fully in the tray.
