The Next Revolution will turn a digital economy into one with robots and Artificial Intelligence ("AI"). People need to focus on becoming more human than we were and dream up new work that matters. Learning how to embrace change and adapt to our surroundings will be more important than ever as industries look to accelerate the adoption of new IT service methods. As a society, we need to ensure that we prepare for a world not confined to a building, time of day or technology device and educate people on how to enter a new workplace alongside a digital workforce. Brian Roets, Innovation Leader Brian Roets examines the technology and cultural landscape, charting new directions for process automation and innovation within it. He has almost 20 years’ experience in Information Technology. His time spent in the Business Process Outsourcing and Telecommunications industries, in addition to delivering services for HP worldwide, helps him accelerate people’s journey to digital transform and achieve better outcomes. Brian joined SMP in 2012 to develop and lead their End-User Computing Practice. Over the last couple years, he has created a cross functional team focusing on End-User, Infrastructure and Cloud Computing strategies with the highest level of expertise in designing, deploying and supporting highly-sophisticated solutions for local and global organizations. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
