After you enjoy the brand-new, heated pool, enter the home and immediately appreciate all the exquisite amenities, charming details and the spacious, open concept living area - and with a private elevator servicing all three floors, getting around the home easy for all ages in your party! The living area has a large, custom sectional which is perfect for the whole family to lounge on and enjoy the flat screen TV. Next to the living space, you will find the dining space with seating for 8 around the large rustic, table accented by the beautiful chandelier.

The gourmet kitchen completes the living area with an expansive marble island with seating for 4. This kitchen is perfect for whipping up a gourmet meal or a quick snack before hitting the beach with stainless steel appliances. As you leave the kitchen, you will walk under the custom, wood-planked ceiling. You will pass the laundry room (with a laundry chute leading to same) and head into the 1st floor master bedroom. The master bedroom has a luxurious, Beauty Rest king bed and flat screen TV. As you enter the master en suite you will feel like you have escaped to a 5-star spa. This bathroom comes with a large soaker tub, flat screen TV, stand-up, rainfall shower, double vanity, and marble tile. There is a half bath completes the first floor.

Off the kitchen is the back porch with an outdoor kitchen with built-in gas grill, refrigerator, sink, and plenty of countertop space to prepare the evening feast meal. There is a table with seating so guests can dine alfresco while listening to the Sonos stereo and enjoying a dip in the private pool. Even if you aren't in the mood to go for a swim, you will be relaxed as you listen to the fountains in the pool while you dine.

As you head up to the second floor, take notice of the farmhouse style light fixtures and detail on the stair rails. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The first is a master with king sized Beauty Rest bed and en suite bathroom with stand-up tiled, shower. The next room also has a Beauty Rest king bed and attached bath with stand-up tiled, shower. Both of these bedrooms have doors leading out to the huge balcony with 2 large porch swings. These swings are the perfect spot to curl up with a book or take an afternoon nap. The final bedroom on this floor is the bunk room with two sets of twin bunks and 1 pull out trundle.

The bunk room has its own attached full bathroom with a double vanity and stand-up shower. To finish off the 2nd floor, you will find the perfect hang out spot for the kids, even including an Xbox One and a Playstation! There is a large custom sectional that pulls out into a queen sleeper as well as a large flat screen TV and French doors that lead you out to an expansive balcony.

Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor to get your “wow!” on. You will be greeted by spectacular views of the Gulf and a large balcony to enjoy them on. Don’t worry about having to walk all the way down to the kitchen to make a drink. The third floor has a wet bar which is perfect for guests to prepare their drinks before heading out to watch the sunset. There is also a seating area off the wet bar and a desk if you need to do some work!

Finally, the home's private and peaceful carriage house over the garage is decorated beautifully with grays, blues, and whites. In the main living space, you will find the kitchenette which has all the essentials. Off the kitchen, you will find the sofa which has a queen sleeper and large flat screen TV. There is also a table behind the couch with seating for 4. The separate bedroom contains a king sized bed, flat screen TV and private balcony overlooking the pool. There is also an en suite bathroom with a large double shower.

Mere steps away from its private boardwalk are uncrowded spots to spend the day on Emerald’s Coast most beautiful beaches. If the beach is not on your agenda for the day, the best shops and restaurants that the area has to offer are short walks away, as well – from Rosemary Beach to 30Avenue and more, no properties have can beat this location.
