Prescription drug abuse and fatalities constitute an epidemic that has been overshadowed by society’s stigma and concealed by our for-profit pharmaceutical industry. Drug companies abuse the system by following three rules. These three rules function to keep us misinformed and to protect the companies’ profits and interests. To understand how our system has been hijacked, we must understand the game from their perspective, from their rules – only then can we take back control.
