The following surgical video highlights my step wise modular approach to performing a GreenLight laser prostatectomy(GLP). GLP is a minimally invasive treatment choice for men to treat urinary symptoms that are due to an enlarged prostate. The man in this video had a very large obstructive median lobe protruding into the bladder resulting in significant obstruction as shown by the slow urinary flow are seen at the start of the video.
