I founded and led Brand Conscience, a retail tech start-up, scoring sustainability and ethics for consumer goods at the product level. Purpose with profit, we drive social & behaviour change, ensuring our conscious decisions are earth positive and people first.

Before this, a 27-year career, mainly in Intel, running EMEA Channel for Embedded technology business, software teams, IoT Labs, then latterly Partner & Practise Leader, AI, Big Data & Cognitive Solutions at IBM (IoT AI, ML, Digital Transformation).
